Farm to Table Dinner at Singing Spring Farm: Roanoke Region Food & Farm Trail Event

Join us for a special evening celebrating the launch of the Roanoke Region Food and Farm Trail and New River Valley Food Guide with an immersive farm-to-table experience in the heart of Craig County. Begin the evening with a tour of Smoke in Chimneys Trout Farm followed by dinner at Singing Spring Farm.

This gathering brings together community, local agriculture, and seasonal cuisine. Chefs Laina Schneider and Lindsey Harper will prepare a thoughtfully-crafted meal featuring seasonal ingredients from regional producers, paired with Blindhouse Beer Co. Beverages.
