Emely Hendl, along with her husband Matt, and daughter, owns and operates Anchor Meadow Farm, a first-generation farm in Virginia dedicated to raising high-quality farrow-to-finish KuneKune pork. They began in 2017 after Matt’s retirement from the U.S. Navy and have committed their mission to sustainable, forest & pasture-based farming. The family provides delicious, ethically raised pork directly to their customers.
